A lovely inner courtyard has a covered summer kitchen/eating area with Dancook integrated BBQ and large fridge/ice maker that opens thru a gated porch on a 1000 sqm fenced garden with a 10 x 5 meters swimming pool, heated and secured by an hard cover, pool house with shower/wc and covered area to rest, private parking for 3 car with electric gate. Tennis table, cable TV, A/C in all bedrooms, baby accessories. House, bath and pool linens supplied. 4 hours of house cleaning are included every week.
